Who we are

4websIT Studio (“4websIT”, “we”) operates https://4websit.com. We are a video editing and motion studio based in Bangladesh. For privacy questions, contact hello@4websit.com.

What we collect

When you submit the project brief form, we collect: name, email, project type, optional budget range, your message, and any reference or drive link you provide.

How we use it

We use form data only to evaluate project fit, reply to your inquiry, and prepare a quote or next steps. We do not sell personal information or use contact briefs for unrelated marketing lists.

How we send it

Briefs are delivered to our studio inbox by email through Resend, our email delivery processor. Messages are not posted publicly.

Processors and third parties

• Resend — transactional email delivery of contact briefs
• Our hosting platform — serves the site and may provide essential operational logs or hosting analytics

File links

Optional reference links (Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io, etc.) are controlled by you and those hosts. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal data in briefs. We may download reference materials solely to evaluate your project.

Retention

We keep inquiry emails while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up, then delete or archive them according to our normal mailbox practices.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies required to operate the site. We may use essential hosting analytics provided by our host. We do not currently run third-party marketing pixels on this site.

Your requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry data we hold by emailing hello@4websit.com. This site is not directed at children.

International note

We are based in Bangladesh and may work with international clients. Form data may be processed where our host and Resend operate.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised policy.
