Case studies, stills, sample footage, pricing packages, and timelines on this site are illustrative marketing materials. They are not a formal bid or guarantee of availability, results, or delivery dates for your project.
Inquiries and quotes
Submitting a contact form or email does not create a contract. Paid work begins only under a written quote, statement of work, or invoice we confirm with you. Scope, revisions, and turnaround are finalized in writing before kickoff.
Client materials
You are responsible for rights and permissions to any footage, music, logos, or links you share. Do not send illegal content or materials you are not authorized to use. We treat shared project materials as confidential for evaluation and production under our engagement terms.
Intellectual property
Site design, copy, and portfolio presentation remain our property. Deliverables for a paid engagement are governed by that project’s written agreement, not these website terms alone.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the contact form (spam, malware links, harassment, or automated bulk submissions). We may ignore or block abusive traffic.
